Royal Eagle Property Fund PCC is an unlisted property investment fund established in March 2007 to invest in direct property assets.
We manage the fund in a wide variety of innovative property investment vehicles. The focus, however, will be to invest directly in property in the Garden route area, South Africa including residential, commercial, retail and tourism sectors.
The fund is not a typical property management fund. We see ourselves as the catalyst for investments in a niche market of land acquisition, pre-planning and new-build arena. Our role is to represent the locating, negotiating, purchasing and developing of top quality parcels of land. The developments will be sold using our expertise and a broad network of local sales force. |
