Akasia Street
Erf 8015 and 8016 have already been bought. Transfer of erf 6760 is in progress. On these sites residential developments will take place.


Piet Heyn Development
This project originally consisted of 3 properties - Mitchell Street 161, 1428m2; Mitchell Street 159, 1428m2 and Mitchell Street 158, 1185m2. Mitchell Street 158 has since been sold and we are in the process of transferring the remaining two properties.


Royale Eagle Property SA 3
1672m2, 6 Spoor Street , George Rezoning followed by development and/or sales. The sites are being prepared for sub-division into more developable plots. The aim is to acquire more properties in this area as it has been earmarked as a future high-density development area. This property will be in conjunction with Royal Eagle Property SA 1, Royal Eagle Property SA 2 and Royal Eagle Property SA 4.

The aim is to acquire more properties in this area as it has been earmarked as a future high-density development area. This property will be in conjunction with Royal Eagle Property SA 1, Royal Eagle Property SA 2 and Royal Eagle Property SA 3.


Kroon Arend Park
This is a residential development in the George South Area, consisting of 51 (duplex) units. The development is situated on the outskirts of George and is surrounded by much greenery and is very close to schools and a shopping mall.


Welverdiend
This is a development of 9.6ha of land, which will be rezoned into a special residential development, with the aim of developing 130 upmarket or 250 middle class units. Welverdiend is situated in the Kraaibosch area, on the outskirts of George. It is close to the Garden Route Shopping Mall, private schools and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. The rezoning application started during early November 2007 and its expected timeframe for completion is 18 months.


Royal Eagle Property SA
This property in Kershout Street will be rezoned for special residential development in order to be developed into a number of middle class segment units. Kershout Street is situated in the Northern suburbs of George and is surrounded by beautiful trees and mountain views. This property will be in conjunction with Royal Eagle Property SA 1, Royal Eagle Property SA 2, Royal Eagle Property SA 3 and Royal Eagle Property SA 4.


Mitchell Street
This is a Commercial property development consisting of two floors, as well as a Ground Floor which is an undercover parking area with 58 parking bays. There are also 6 more parking bays at the Eastern side of the building. The front side offices of the building will have balconies attached to them.


Eagle Close Extension
This development is an extension of the recently developed Eagle Close residence and will consist of approximately 26 units. It is in a very central location of George, is in a cul-de-sac and is in very close proximity to schools, shops and facilities.
